The partnership is monthly, high-touch 1:1, with me properly in your business with you.
Not a coaching programme. Not a course. Not generic advice that could apply to anyone.

Your dedicated time each month. We'll work through what's most important right now, strategy, decisions, fixes, plans. Nothing is too small or too big.

Got a question between calls? Spotted something on your site you want a quick opinion on? Drop me a message. I'm there.
→ Eyes on your business
I'll be across what's happening in your shop. When I spot something worth flagging, I will.

I'm not just telling you what to do, I'll get into your accounts with you when it makes sense. Quick fixes, real-time changes, things that are easier to show than explain.

How is this different from your membership?
The membership is community-led, a brilliant space to ask questions, learn, and stay supported alongside other founders. The partnership is 1:1. I'm specifically focused on your business, your goals, and your shop. It's a completely different level of attention. Although joining the partnership does give you access to everything included in Ecomm BFF.
What if I’m not very “techy”?
You don’t need to be (and most my clients aren't) I’ll guide you through everything in a way that actually makes sense, no jargon, no overwhelm.
And because we work together, you’ll learn by doing (which is where things really click).
What if I need more hands-on 'doing', like a new theme or email setup?
That's what the build is for. If something bigger comes up during our partnership, we can talk about whether it makes sense to add a project alongside.
What will we focus on, website or emails?
We’ll start with whichever will make the biggest impact first. That might be:
- your homepage
- your product pages
- your navigation
- or your email flows
We prioritise what actually matters to you each month, not everything at once.
How quickly will I see results?
Most people start to feel clearer and more in control very quickly. In terms of results, it depends on:
- what we’re working on
- how quickly things are implemented
But because we’re focusing on the right things, you’ll start seeing improvements much faster than trying to figure it out alone.
What do you mean by 'light hands-on support'?
I'll get into your Shopify or Klaviyo account with you when it makes sense, quick fixes, real-time changes, things that are faster to just do than explain. What I'm not doing is large-scale builds or full implementation projects. Think: partner and ecommerce manager, not VA.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there is a minimum commitment to start with of 3 months, as it can take this long to build momentum and a good working relationship. Most clients on average stay between 6-12 months.
How quickly can we get started?
Once you apply and we've had a quick call to confirm it's the right fit, we can usually get going within a week or two. This does depend on capacity as I only take on 5 partnership clients at once time, due to the high intensity of the work.
