→ We have a 90 minute call to walk through it together, answer your questions, and make some decisions in real time
→ You get Slack/email access (Tues-Thurs) to me to ask any follow up questions or get me to review what you're working on
→ One month later, we check back in with a 30-minute call to see what you've implemented, what's shifted, and what's next

How the intensive works:
1. Book your Intensive
Choose website or email, pick your date, and I'll send you everything you need to get me access to your Shopify or Klaviyo account.
2. I go in and review everything
Before we meet I'll do a proper deep-dive, not a quick skim. I'm looking at what's working, what's costing you sales, and where the biggest opportunities are.
3. You get your audit
A clear, prioritised breakdown of what I found, the most important things first, with the reasoning behind each one so you understand the why, not just the what.
4. We have our 90 minute call
We walk through everything together. You can ask questions, push back, make decisions in real time. This is where things really click into place.
5. You go away and do the work
You've got your plan. You know what to do first. Off you go. But you also have direct access to me in Slack or via email (Tues - Thurs) so anything that comes up, just ask for help.
6. We check back in at 30 days
A 30-minute call one month later to see what's shifted, answer any questions that came up, and make sure you're still moving forward.

I'll review your website or email setup before our call, so you get the full session to actually work through things together rather than watching me look at it in real time.
What if I get stuck after the call?
You’ve got Slack access throughout the month. So if you’re unsure about something, you can:

- sense-check decisions
- get quick feedback
You’re not left figuring things out on your own.
What if I’m not very “techy”?
You don’t need to be (and most my clients aren't)
I’ll guide you through everything in a way that actually makes sense, no jargon, no overwhelm.
And because we work together, you’ll learn by doing (which is where things really click).
How long is the call?
Around 60-90 minutes, depending on what comes up. We won't rush it.
What about the follow-up call?
That's a 30-minute check-in one month later. It's there to make sure you've had support to actually implement, not just to tick a box.
What if I need more than one session?
If after the intensive you want ongoing support, the partnership is the next natural step, monthly, close-contact work with me in your corner. We can talk about that after. Or you can come and join the Ecomm BFF membership.
