I first heard about her through a recommendation, then spent a good while following her on Instagram and reading her emails before I committed. I wanted to get a real sense of how she worked before taking the leap, it felt like a significant investment, but looking back, it was absolutely worth it.

From the very start, the whole process felt easy and collaborative. We kicked things off with a call where we mapped out a shared vision for the site. I could bring my own ideas to the table, and together we worked through what was already there, what was pulling its weight, and what needed to go.

Before Elle, I'd built my website myself (three times on Shopify and once on Squarespace). It looked fine on the surface, but underneath it was a mess of gaps, workarounds, and things that just didn't work the way they should. She's completely transformed that. The back end is now just as considered and well-structured as the front end, everything actually functions properly, and, perhaps most importantly for me it's simple to manage day to day.

She's also shifted the way I think about email entirely. What used to feel like a chore I was supposed to be doing has become something I genuinely enjoy. We've reframed my Klaviyo flows so they feel intentional, on-brand, and actually valuable to the people receiving them.

In person, she's calm, organised, and incredibly focused. Nothing seems to throw her, and if she doesn't have an answer on the spot, she'll tell you honestly and come back with it, which, honestly, builds more trust than anything. There's a quiet confidence and reassurance to how she works. She does expect you to keep on top of your 'job list" (which she creates for you bi-weekly), but the accountability makes things happen!

If I had to sum her up, I'd say she's like having a pocket superpower on call.

I'll admit I was a little nervous going in, but she went far deeper than I anticipated, and the results reflect that. The website is stronger, the systems behind it are solid, and I feel genuinely confident in how everything runs now.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her (and have already done so to several business friends).

Love this community, it's been a real game changer for me!
