How long do I have access?
You have lifetime access to the course. The course materials and videos are yours to access as long as you need them. If I add anything to the modules you'll also gain access to that too.
How do I access the course materials?
The course is hosted on Membership.io, a fantastic and easy-to-use course platform. Once you've purchased, you'll get an email with how to access the course and how to set up your Klaviyo account. As soon as you log in there is a welcome video which shows you around but if you do get stuck just pop me an email.
Will you be updating the course?
If things change on Klaviyo, I'll make sure your videos and resources are updated to reflect this. But I won't be adding any new modules to the course, if you'd like to start taking your Klaviyo account to the next level, I'll have an advanced course coming soon or you can always work with me 1:1
Do I get to ask question if I get stuck?
Yes, you can either get on-going support in my membership or book a 1:1 with me from the course portal. If you're stuck with something in the course, just pop me an email first and I'll try to help.
How long will the course take me?
The full course has under 4 hours of videos so you could do it in a day if you wanted to. As this is the essential set up course if you can commit an hour a day it should take you one week. Then you'll have your Klaviyo account up and running ready to start sending emails and growing your audience.
