Joining Elle’s community has been a game-changer for me. There’s nothing Elle doesn’t know about Shopify or Klaviyo and it has given me the confidence to improve my website and emails myself. Everyone in the community supports one another and it’s a lovely group to be a part of.

Elle’s knowledge is impeccable. She approaches everything with kindness and precise detail, I’ve been a member since she launched and although I’m quiet within the community everyone is wonderful and supportive.

Elle's membership is my best monthly investment for my business. Elle is a dream to work with - she is incredibly knowledgeable on Shopify and Klaviyo and lots of things in between. She responds quickly to every question in the Slack group and hosts really helpful, topical workshops. I recently joined Office Hours for the first time and wish I'd been joining from the start. The Ecomm BFF membership is such an incredible resource and community for small and growing businesses with Shopify stores. It's a lovely community of encouraging business owners (whose stores I've loved browsing for inspiration!), and being able to have all manner of Shopify questions quickly answered by Elle has been unbelievably helpful. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable in the technical side of Shopify, while also being a complete expert on the more "businessy" side of things throughout the sales funnel, from acquiring new customers with email marketing on Klaviyo, to optimising your product pages for high conversion. And as someone who has the attention span of a goldfish and is a bit rubbish at sticking with any training (and has seen all sorts of pretty questionable resources and courses), Elle's training in the resource hub is probably all you'd ever need not just to get started on Shopify and Klaviyo but to really get the most out of them both to increase sales - it's super clear, easy to digest, and really really comprehensive.

Really loving the membership lots of great advice and tips and the slack group is perfect for any questions and there’s always great workshops on how we can improve our Shopify and Klayvio. Perfect for small businesses who are managing themselves.

I joined back in Aug / Sept 2025 (I wish I had joined earlier) I joined because my shop had been created by an agency at the time the agency had captured my vision and created something which I would have struggled to create on my own, especially being neurodivergent but I struggled to maintain my shop once the contract was over. Any question I asked was replied with book an extra 1:1 hour and even that was hard work. Navigating my way around the shop that had all the different functions shopify offers was overwhelming. I had followed Elle on IG for a while but was reluctant to join because I thought do I need another membership will it help? As soon as I joined I went into my first office hour with Elle, I was blown away by her shopify knowledge, and her patience to navigate our questions / queries around shopify and email marketing- Klaviyo. I knew this was the right membership for me. Elle also has a community where we can ask questions, and she always comes back with support or solutions. Honestly if you were sitting on the fence like I was then don’t, Elle and her team are so supportive and not only that you have other business owners in there who you can also learn from. It’s the best investment I've made this year! I’m hoping in 2026 I can finally tackle my Klaviyo and squeeze in a 1:1 with Elle to get my shop fully functioning in the right way that’s my goal for 2026, if it’s yours then you won’t regret the membership.

I joined the Ecomm bff in a bit of a tailspin about our ecomm site.
There’s so much advice out there it’s really easy to be so overwhelmed.
I find Elle’s programme incredibly clear and practical; sometimes when you’re running a business you just need someone to tell you what needs to be done (and why) and this programme completely does this.

I've only recently joined but found a wealth of information to uplevel my website. The only thing that could make it better would be more lives - not necessarily for workshops etc (I've got enough on my To Do List haha) but for quiet co-working. I find this can be really helpful if ever that felt it might be relevant/possible for this group. Otherwise, faultless, really enjoying this space!

I’ve found being a member of Elle’s Ecommerce Assistant Community to be invaluable. Elle’s advice and guidance is always a help. I’ve also found that the community seems to ask the questions I didn’t know I needed to ask and so I’m always learning about my Shopify site and constantly making tweaks and improvements.

I joined Elle’s community because I was looking to move website hosts. I couldn’t afford to have someone build the website for me but very much wanted/needed some expert help. The community is perfect. Elle literally took me step by step through the process with the help of her guided tutorials that I purchased to support what I was doing. As a time poor business owner my favourite thing to ask is ‘what are my next 3 steps for X’ and she comes back with the next steps! But there are also a tonne of people in the Slack community who are ready to give you advice/share their experience when you ask stuff. Its just really helpful and as a solo business owner its nice to feel like you’re not alone!

As a small business owner working from home, it's great to be part of a community of like-minded people. I love that we can all share advice, as well as access Elle's amazing pro tips on Shopify / Klaviyo. The calls and workshops are brilliant too. I think it's really good value!

I would highly recommend joining the Ecommerce Assistant Community - not only do you benefit from Elle's expert knowledge of Shopify & Klaviyo but also a whole host of other businesses who have been where you are. I've learnt so much from Elle & the community already and feel as if that's only the tip of the iceberg. It's great to be able to drop in questions, read comments & do tutorials at any time - fitting in with busy day to day lives.

Elle has created a really valuable and actionable space to be a part of. I like how it meets you where you are, everybody is learning at their own pace so you don't feel behind or overwhelmed. You can dip in and out as much as you need. I have learnt a lot, and because of the range of businesses and different questions that come up, you learn from other members too!

In the short time I've been a member I've managed to swap to Klaviyo and start working on email flows. I've made vital changes to my website and got to grips with how to use Klaviyo (something I've put off for a while!) I really enjoy being part of the community.

I must be honest and say I’m not hugely active within the group but it’s invaluable having access to not only Elle’s expansive knowledge and guidance but also other member’s support.

Joining the community was a no-brainer after previously completing Klaviyo and Shopify training with Elle. The community is perfect for those everyday and seasonal questions that pop-up, alongside chipping away at those bigger projects too. Having an expert in your pocket that can help guide you through making the most of using features, optimising your website and finding that tricky setting that you never knew existed is invaluable. At first I wasn't sure I needed another subscription and group, but I wouldn't have managed to keep by business going over the last few months without it. I only recently moved to Shopify and Elles' knowledge has been invaluable in helping me with technical and business issues, big and small. The community is very supportive and I enjoy the calls as I always learn something new.

It provides an invaluable place of both learning - especially when it comes to the many complexities of Shopify and Klaviyo, which so many small businesses rely upon but also a place of unity and support for running a brand solo and the highs and lows that come with that.

I absolutely love EAC. It's been absolutely invaluable in helpful me build a new website, from scratch. Trouble shoot problems as I come across them but more than that - inside Slack there is a group of lovely people, in the same position as me (running small businesses) and we can share ideas and help each other.
