What if I can’t make the live calls?

No worries, everything is recorded and available in our training hub. But making calls live is really beneficial, even if you don’t have a question as you get to listen in on what other small business owners are doing.

Is this just for Shopify and Klaviyo?

That’s our main focus, but many members also ask about ads, SEO, content, and systems and we cover those too. But primarily the questions and support revolve around website + email optimisation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yep. It’s month-to-month, no contracts, no pressure if it’s not right for you.

Will I get 1:1 help from Elle?

Yes! Post in Slack anytime and I’ll get back to you within 72 hours (but it’s usually much quicker) or come to Office Hours for live support and to share your screen.

I’m brand new to business, will I be too beginner?

Not at all. This space is beginner-friendly, but also packed with value for more advanced small business owners too.
