How do we work together?

Discovery call

It's always great to chat first and make sure we're the right fit for each other. I start all my projects this way so you know who you'll be learning from and to make sure you like me

Brand deep dive

I’ll send you over an in-depth brand questionnaire to begin with, this helps me get to know you and your brand before we start and it's a great document for you to refer back to when you're creating your emails

Strategy call

In our 90-minute strategy call we'll go through your email plan and which areas you need to focus on in Klaviyo to get set up.

We'll plan out and build your flows, start creating your pop up and ensure your list is imported and ready to use.

Either on the call or prior to the call I'll also check your integrations work, all settings are correct and any other one-off tech stuff.

Between calls

After our strategy call you'll go off and get to work setting up the rest of the account with my guidance, this includes:
- Template
- Forms
- Flows
- Segments

You'll be able to email me for help whenever you need it and I can check and give feedback on anything before you set it live.

Sign off call

We'll then come back together for a 60-minute call to go through the account together and set things live.

We'll also cover campaign sends, any extra flow you might want to add in future and anything we didn't get onto in call 1.

Klaviyo FAQs

How long does setting up Klaviyo take?

I recommend this service cover 1 month, so ideally we have call 1 and then around 4 weeks later we have call 2. Some people prefer to do it in less time and other a little longer. Let me know when we have our discovery call what works best for you as it's important you have enough time between calls to do all the work you need to do.

Do you only work with Klaviyo?

Yes. I now only work with Klaviyo as that's what I'm an expert in and the platform I know is the best for ecommerce brands. I've refined this service over many years from working with clients where I do all the work for them and now transitioning into helping you do it yourself. So you know you're getting access to an expert who knows how Klaviyo works for small businesses.

How long do you recommend between calls?

I recommend weekly or every other week if possible, I wouldn't advise leaving more than 2 weeks between calls as this makes it difficult for you to implement and for me to quickly give you feedback. The best timeframe for this service is across about 8 weeks.

How much does it cost + how do you take payment?

Klaviyo Co-Pilot costs £999, and you can choose to have me create your branded template for an extra £200. You can pay in full or split your payment into 2 or 3. If splitting, I'll a deposit when you book and the other payments either monthly or at the end of our time together. If you want to discuss other payment plans or part-payment just drop me a message as I am happy to chat.

How much work will I have to do?

These sessions are about you learning from me and taking all my knowledge to then implement yourself. I'm here for you if you need a check in, pep-talk or for me to look over your work but if you want to outsource to me (which is fine) then we would need to discuss my done-for-you services.

In our first call, and sometimes before, we'll plan out and start working on each key area of your Klaviyo account: lists, forms, campaigns and flows. So you'll know exactly what you need to do, and it will all be on an easy to follow checklist so you can tick it off as you go.

What if I need more time?

That's fine, I can adapt the calls to suit your busy schedule. If at the end of the two calls you still feel you need more training or support just let me know and I can work out the best way to move forward together.

But just remember, you can't learn everything there is to know about Klaviyo in these sessions we're going to be setting up the foundations and I'll give you the knowledge to keep moving forward and adapting your email strategy.

When can we get started?

I take on one Klaviyo client per month and typically I book 2-3 months ahead of time, but I try and keep my contact page and emails up-to-date. If you have a certain deadline in mind just get in touch and we can talk more.
