Do you only work with Klaviyo?
Yes. I now only work with Klaviyo as that's what I'm an expert in and the platform I know is the best for ecommerce brands. I've refined this service over many years from working with clients where I do all the work for them and now transitioning into helping you do it yourself. So you know you're getting access to an expert who knows how Klaviyo works for small businesses.
How much does it cost + how do you take payment?
Klaviyo Co-Pilot costs £2,000 + VAT. You can pay in full or split your payment into 2, 3 or 4. If splitting, I'll a deposit when you book and the other payments on a monthly basis until fully paid. If you want to discuss other payment plans just drop me a message as I am happy to chat.
How much work will I have to do?
These sessions are about you learning from me and taking all my knowledge to then implement yourself. I'm here for you if you need a check in, pep-talk or for me to look over your work but if you want to outsource to me (which is fine) then we would need to discuss my done-for-you services.
In our first call, and sometimes before, we'll plan out and start working on each key area of your Klaviyo account: lists, forms, campaigns and flows. So you'll know exactly what you need to do, and it will all be on an easy to follow checklist so you can tick it off as you go.
What if I need more time?
That's fine, I can adapt the calls to suit your busy schedule. If at the end of the two calls you still feel you need more training or support just let me know and I can work out the best way to move forward together.
But just remember, you can't learn everything there is to know about Klaviyo in these sessions we're going to be setting up the foundations and I'll give you the knowledge to keep moving forward and adapting your email strategy.

When can we get started?
I take on one Klaviyo client per month and typically I book 2-3 months ahead of time, but I try and keep my contact page and emails up-to-date. If you have a certain deadline in mind just get in touch and we can talk more.
