Discovery call
It's always great to chat first and make sure we're the right fit for each other. I start all my projects this way so you know who you'll be working with and to make sure you like me
Brand deep dive
I'll send over an in-depth brand questionnaire for you to complete and start to collect your brands assets, this helps me get to know you and your brand before we start the project so I can fully absorb and understand your goals.
Kick-off call
The kick-off call is our chance to run through any problems, issues or questions you might have before I start to build and design your website. I'll also make sure you're happy with the theme choice and a rough outline of the website layout and functionality. It's also a great time to discuss any apps or extra customisations that are needed
Website build + training
This is where you can sit back, relax and leave the hard work to me. I'll be building or redesigning your website and ensuring we regularly catch up if needed, you'll get the chance to see the progress at every stage and make comments and changes. We'll also start your training right away so get ready to learn
Support + aftercare
Once the website is ready to launch, we'll have another call to make sure you're happy with everything. I'll also schedule some training calls, depending on what you need most help with so that you can fully manage your site going forward. I am also on hand for two weeks post-launch for any extra questions you have.

Shopify website design FAQs
How long does a Shopify store take to build?
I usually quote 6-8 weeks for a Shopify website project. It will depend on the complexity of your website and how much work needs doing. I only ever take on one or two projects like this at once so you'll always have my undivided attention for the duration of our time together
Do you only design online shops on Shopify?
Yes. Because I'm an expert in using Shopify and this is what I spend my time on, whether that's training, building websites or my online courses. I am not a web developer so I find that Shopify is the best platform for most people as it is so easy to use and keep updated and you don't need to learn anything complicated to then fully manage it yourself. My website is also built (by me) on Shopify so you can see what yours might look like
How you take payment for projects?
I take a deposit to get you booked in, this is because I only work with one or two clients at a time on a bigger project like this and you're securing a time in my diary to get started. The remaining balande will be due at set intervals throughout the project agreed in advance. Most people pay in 2, 3 or 4 paymenrs. If you need to discuss payment plans, please get in touch as I am happy to chat more.
Can I do some of the work myself?
Sure, the majority will be done by me but often to save on cost and time clients will make product page updates themselves (with full training and guidance from me). I find this helps you learn more going forward too. If you would prefer to just learn from me, then take a look at my training packages instead. On our discovery call we can discuss what sort of level of work you need me to do and what you'd like to tackle yourself

When can we get started?
Typically I book a few months ahead of time, but I try and keep my contact page and emails up-to-date with my next available slot. If you have a certain deadline in mind just get in touch and we can talk more.
